SHOSHIN RYU
ADULT CLASSES
The Class
Shoshin Ryu adult martial arts classes include Nage (throws), Newaza (ground techniques), Atemi (strikes), Goshinjutsu (self defense) and Buki Keiko (weapons).
Beginning students are taught the basics of several techniques and progress only when they’re ready. Instruction is hands-on in a non-competitive environment.
Students who train Shoshin Ryu can expect to improve their cardiovascular fitness, power, flexibility and strength.
